The residents of the constituency of Central Manchester have articulated their vision for their Constituency; they have highlighted development themes which they consider critical if they are to move towards their vision and they have made their input in the specific project ideas.
The 2009-2014 Central Manchester Constituency Development Plan (CMCDP) presents, these along with the detailed project profile for projects and programmes which are clustered around the development themes stated by the residents.
